Not quite steamed

This steam cleaner left me not quite steamed. I expected a more powerful steam effect. The steam is about like what I get from my iron when I'm pressing shirts (which isn't to often). It gives a small burst of steam. I was expecting a much more powerful and continuous shot of steam.

Cleans hard to maintain stone floors very well.

We have stone floors with grout lines throughout most of our house. The tiles are not smooth. They have indentations that are nearly impossible, to clean. I felt I was always fighting with the floors to keep them clean; and they never came out clean, and they never felt clean. The easy to use steam cleaner removed the discoloration (dirt & grime) from the grout lines, cleaned the indentations, and left the floor what I would imagine it looked like when new. The floor seems to stay clean for weeks, not needing a thorough cleaning as often. There are several tools that came with the system - I'm actually looking forward to cleaning the tile on my shower walls and floors now that I see how easy it is. Very happy with this purchase Would highly recommend.

Good product with some small problems

I've tried a few steam products, and in actual cleaning, this one performs very well. It had one small problem that caused me to return it. The buttons and nobs where you change the parts are very poorly designed. Almost every time I changed a wand or tool, I would pinch the skin on my fingers, causing me to bleed a few times. Eventually, I was just afraid to use the machine without getting hurt. It's kind of hard to explain, but it's a result of cheap design. I'm giving 4 stars because if they would just fix this one flaw, it would be an excellent product.
