Just so many problems.

Where to start? This steamer just doesn't work.
-The metal holder you're supposed to set the steamer on while using it is too small, so you have to pry it off with your fingers every time you pick up the steamer-- which of course is a great way to burn your fingers.
-The steam comes out very sporadically, so some parts of the clothing get wet and others get no steam at all.
-The reservoir is really hard to get out of the steamer, it took two of us 5 minutes of prying (yes, we were pushing the side tabs down just like the instructions said)just to get the thing out to fill it with water.
- The reservoir is constructed so that getting all the water out of it after use is impossible, I can tell it will get moldy very soon.
-Well, my clothes were still wrinkled after using it. I think it's due to the sporadic nature of the steam pump.
I hope this helps someone else save some money, or at least spend it on a better made steamer(:

Not so good

This travel size steamer isn't that great. I bought it to see how well it stacked against my iron and another steamer I had at home. The results were that this steamer could not compete against the others.
Pros
-Got it on sale
-Did not take long to heat up
-Small and compact
Cons
-Did not do its job
-Does not produce hot enough steam
-Unless attachment
-Runs out of water fast
Overall, not a good steamer to buy.

Not working at all

Cons:
1. Steam is barely seen
2. Only holds little water
3. Too heavy to hold for more than 1 min
4. Cannot get rid of any wrinkle after trying on cotton, cashmere, silk
Had to return it in the end. Very disappointed. Not sure if that's what I should expect for a travel steamer.
